The Rise of 360Kuts: Jimmy Ofuoyan’s Journey
Jimmy Ofuoyan, widely recognised by his professional aliases 360Kuts and Khalilimages, has carved a niche for himself as a sought-after celebrity hair stylist and the founder of 360Kuts. Born on 15 August 1998 in Nigeria, his remarkable journey to international acclaim is a testament to resilience and skill.
Growing up in a large family with limited resources, he faced numerous challenges in his early life. Despite this, he found his passion for barbering as a teenager, learning braiding and women’s hairstyling at his brother’s salon. His early mastery of these skills earned him a certificate of completion and paved the way for him to venture into men’s grooming. Driven by ambition, Jimmy is a self taught modern barber through YouTube tutorials.
In 2016, in search of better opportunities, Jimmy embarked on a perilous journey to Europe. He and his companions Onemo Anthony , Oni Robben and Frank Yusuf were all captives of the Libyan war and human traffickers in the Sahara Desert in Libya but managed to survive the terrors ordeal of these horrific events. During his time in captivity, he sharpened his barbering skills by providing haircuts to his captors and fellow captives using basic tools such as razor blades and hair comb.
Once he escaped and made it to Italy, he settled in Penne a small city in the province of Pescara City where he mastered and trained himself with YouTube videos for almost 3 and half years in a refugee camp and immediately after he relocated to the bigger city Pescara , he began offering home haircut services where he gained more attention as he began to grow his clientele cutting local celebrities in his city of residence.
Jimmy has worked with some of the biggest names in fashion, providing unique and trendy haircuts to models, celebrities, and athletes. His work is recognized for its precision and innovation, blending street style with high fashion.
His social media platform, particularly Instagram, plays a crucial role in showcasing his artistry, allowing him to build a global clientele.
Jimmy’s big break came when he provided a haircut to a Seria B football player who was on loan to Pescara Football Club. This opportunity earned him a huge recognition and opened doors to styling for celebrities and influential personalities afterwards. His fades and trendsetting cuts and precision hairlines attracted global attention, and he has since worked with some of the world’s top fashion brands and celebrities, including Rhude , Hugo Boss, Louis Vuitton, Diesel, Dior, Moschino , Dolce & Gabbana , Zegna Campaign, Louis Vuitton Campaign, Burberry Campaign, Chaumet Campaign, Hermès Campaign, Christian Louboutin Campaign, Amiri Campaign, Gucci Campaign, Nike Campaign, Hogan Campaign, Versace Campaign, Gucci x Adidas Campaign, Moschino Campaign, Zara Men Campaign .
His work has been featured in prestigious runways and magazines, establishing him as a prominent figure in luxury grooming. He expressed his gratitudes on social media appreciating and thanking his very good friend Cheikh Diakhate who’s ever since paved way for his artistic talents to be seen in some of these runways.
Currently based in Italy, where he continues to grow his brand 360Kuts while providing exclusive barbering services to an elite clientele.
