Umunubo, Arogundade, Sir Uyi, Don Jazzy, others receive Person of the Year honours

Hard work and productivity rarely go unnoticed as there is always a reward for doing the right thing in business or your chosen field. To whom honour is due honour is given, hence the decision to reward those who have made a great impact with the Person Of The Year Honours by West Africa On Point which has seen the brand recognize certain individuals

Fegho Umunubo, a special assistant to the president on digital and creative economy tops this list as he was recognized as Public Servant of the Year for his efforts since he received his appointment and resumed office. For making an impact and also supporting several initiatives to uplift the youth and promote our culture.

Sir Uyi who is one of the biggest names in nightlife on the African Scene is also a recipient for a remarkable year which saw his spot Vaniti become the most talked about hospitality centre. One year of premium service and customer satisfaction have shot him to the top of the food chain.

In the Autos world, GAC motors, through the leadership of Jubril Arogundade, have performed excellently by stamping their presence solidly, increasing visibility and racking up sales. As someone who has proved his business acumen, little wonder he was recognized as West Africa On Point Business Mogul of the Year.

In recent times, one brand that has been on the lips of many in the Automobile world is Polanco Autos, a brand that has successfully delivered and serviced a large number of high profile clients. This has earned them recognition as Automobile Brand of the Year.

Nightlife executive and events promoter, Apii was also recognized for his achievements during the year which gave his brand more success showcasing his power and influence in the capital city and the country by extension. Popular fashion designer and brand influencer, Veekee James, shone in several categories notably the highly coveted West Africa On Point Young Person of the Year category, a reward for excellence.

Content creators, Nons Miraj (famous for the hunt games show) and Asherkine were duly recognized. The latter has captured the hearts of many with his humanitarian nature making him a strong influence. Nons Miraj on the other hand has played multiple roles which also include humanitarian projects asides being an influencer.

Popular streamer, Peller, who had a very remarkable year, was listed in the social media sensation category at the Person of the Year recognition. His award of honour has been meet with a lot of positive reviews, excitement and support from the youth populace.

Other personalities honoured by West Africa on Point include Bimbo Ademoye, Mobolaji Ogunlede (Lagos State commissioner for Youth & Social Development), Gilmoore, Folagade Banks, King Cokes, Nikos Babii, Tobi Bakre, Bisola Aiyeola, Diva Thee Bawse, and Don Jazzy, amongst others.
