With Fittobeme, Anadu empowers women through fitness

Ifeoma

A health and wellness coach, Ifeoma Anadu has stressed the importance of fitness in boosting the confidence of women.

To achieve this, Anadu founded Fittobeme Ltd in 2019 to empower plus-size women in Nigeria to embrace fitness with confidence.
‎
The company provides stylish activewear, practical coaching, and a supportive community for women aged 25–50 who want to feel comfortable and inspired on their fitness journey.
‎Sharing the inspiration behind her brand at the sidelines of Hustle Africa’s bi-monthly PR Tea Conference in Ikeja, Lagos, Anadu said she turned her personal struggles into purpose.
‎
“I turned my personal weight-loss journey into a mission to make fitness more inclusive for plus-size women in Nigeria.

“As a plus-size fitness coach and founder of Fittobeme Ltd, I bridge the gap between style, comfort, and performance in activewear while creating a safe, empowering space for women to start and stay on their fitness journey. I’m proving that fitness has no size limit,” she added.
