Ikpeazu assures that funds won’t delay Enyimba Stadium’s completion

The governor assured that funds would not delay the job being handled by stadium building expert, Monimichelle.

Speaking while inspecting the job done at the stadium, Ikpeazu expressed satisfaction with the pace of work, adding that the project was among his priorities.

Promising that Enyimba would not play its continental matches next season in exile, Ikpeazu said: “We are bringing Enyimba back home and my joy is that we have a competent contractor that is ready to deliver. We will provide the funds he needs to complete the job.”

Explaining the extent of job already completed, Managing Director of Monimichelle, Ebi Egbe said: “Enyimba would at the end of the day have one of the best playing surfaces in the country. Governor Ikpeazu has clearly demonstrated that this is a project after his heart and we won’t let him and Enyimba fans down.”
