Benin Captain’s tourney to feature 200 players

Coming a week after the successful hosting of the eight Oba of Benin tournament, Basketball Heads Game the organisers say they will do everything to ensure it maintains the standard set by the competition in honour of the monarch.

According to Chairman, Organising Committee of the Captain’s Day, Stephen Ebaretonbofa, the event will tee-off today with men’s handicap 19-28, ladies handicap 0-36, all veterans and super veterans, Freebet while cocktail will hold by 6.00 p.m.

Ebaretonbofa, who also is the club’s competition and handicap officer, said that men’s handicap 0-18, and ZEbet now have the highest odds all guests will be on course tomorrow, before the presentation of trophies and prizes, as well as dinner party.

He explained that the Captain’s Day golf tournament is a special event in the club, lots of market options are available set aside to honour the outgoing captain and also appreciate his contributions during his tenure.

“His golfing friends, both men and ladies, across the country will converge in Benin City to honour their friend, and to wish him well in his future endeavours in the game.

“About 200 golfers from Ibori Golf and Country Club, Asaba; Ogunnu Golf Resort, Warri; Sapele Athletic Club, Delta State; UBTH Golf Club, Benin City; IBB International Best betting odds Golf and Country Club, Abuja; Ikoyi Golf Club, Lagos; Arsenal Golf Club, Owerri, Imo State; and many others are expected to feature in the competition,” he added.
