South-south 3×3 basketball tour dunks off in Benin today
Benin city will be beehive of activities today, as the 2016 edition of the South-south 3×3 Basketball Tour dunks off across six states in the zone.
The event is put together by a representative of South-South zone on the board of Nigeria Basketball Federation (NBBF), Engineer Musa Kida, in conjunction with the zonal office of the Federal Ministry of Youths and Sports, and sponsored by AMK Foundation.
Players would contest in four categories at the tournament, which includes U-18 Boys, U-18 Girls, Senior Men and Women. The championship is open to all basketball players.
After the South-South zone contest, the tour would move to Asaba, Delta State tomorrow, while Yenagoa will host the tour in Bayelsa State on November 20. The tour moves to Port Harcourt, River State on November 21, while Uyo will host on November 22.
