
Top European clubs are monitoring Super Eagles and Bayer Leverkusen striker Victor Boniface, according to a report by Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
According to Romano, on his X handle, Boniface‘s impressive performance for Leverkusen despite only joining them in the summer has not gone unnoticed.
The 22-year-old has scored seven goals, made five assists in 11 league games for Xabi Alonso side.
Boniface has netted 11 goals, and had six assists in 16 appearances in all competitions for the German.
Following his impressive stats, the Italian journalist and transfer expert ha said clubs are already showing interest.
Recently, Boniface was named the Bundesliga Rookie of the Month for October.
He also landed the award in the months of August and September.
He is expected to feature for the Super Eagles in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
The Super Eagles will host Lesotho on Thursday, 16 November 2023 before flying to Rwanda to face Zimbabwe on Sunday, 19 November.
