The Bishop of the Diocese of Sapele, the Rt. Rev. (Dr) Blessing Erifeta has collated six clergies as Archdeacons and five as Canons. At the service in St. Mark’s Anglican Church, Oghara Junction, last Sunday, the Bishop urged the clergy to be dedicated to their assignment.

Also admonishing the priests, the Guest Preacher and Retreatant, Ven. O.D. Edjere, who spoke on: “The Mission of the Church and Church Administration,” took his message from the Book of Ephesians 4. The service, which was attended by many worshippers, included the Chancellor, Sir Monday Ataine and other legal officers, as well as the Royal Highness, wife of Ovie of Oghara; Chief T.J. Okpoko, SAN, former President of NBA, Mrs. Patience Ide; wife of the Bishop of Warri Diocese and another clergy from Sapele, Warri, Ughelli.
