The Christian Council of Nigeria (CCN) has described the Anglican Archbishop of Owerri Province and Bishop of Okigwe South, The Most Rev. (Dr) David O. C. Onuoha as a gift and resource to the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) and the society.

The council said this at the last quarter of 2021 Standing Committee Meeting of the Council held at St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, recently, when Archbishop Onuoha led Anglican delegation to the meeting and informed the house that the meeting coincided with his birthday.

CCN’s president, The Most Rev. Benebo F. Fubara-Manuel, noted that Onuoha’s birthday called for celebration and directed a special prayer for the celebrant.

Onuoha later invited the council members to join him in thanking God for adding another year to his life.

The event featured cutting of birthday cake. Goodwill songs were also rendered.
