1 John 4: 18.
 There is no fear in love, but perfect love casteth out fear: because of fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
A Leader’s love for his people crushes and destroys the source and author of fear.
Hebrews 2: 14,15
 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
Leadership is meant for the redemption of the people being led.
Qualities of a good and true leader
A leader is a burden bearer: He takes off burden from the weak and helps them to carry them to save them from destruction.
 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.
True leaders lay down their lives for their nation.
They are the light of their nation and not the darkness to their nation.
Good leaders do good works and good things with a Perfect heart.
2 chronicles 25: 1,2
 Amaziah was twenty and five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned twenty and nine years in Jerusalem. And his mother’s name was Jehoaddan of Jerusalem.
 And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord, but not with a perfect heart.
Leaders are DOERS and TEACHERS of the good ways of life.
A good leader surrounds himself with cabinet-girdle of the men of truth.
A true leader is a good shepherd for his nation’s sheep.
He prepares in advance good green pastures and leads the nation’s sheep to feed on them.
Good shepherd lives to die for his nation.
Good shepherd dies, to live a life along with his resurgent new nation.
A good leader maintains his centre of equilibrium with equity, justice, good and sound judgment, with participatory righteous ownership elements of true inclusiveness of all parts of the nation to engender wholesome peace.
Leadership that is always alive and survives the crisis, which endears itself to citizens must know the following eternal truth. There are three rotational dynamic thrones of good leadership viz:
He leads from the top position throne,
He leads from the middle position throne and
He leads from the bottom position throne.
The CROSS of Jesus captures these three critical truths.
Where the head is the top leadership throne, the body is the middle leadership throne and the leg is the bottom leadership throne. While leadership signifies the head, the followers, citizens, signifies the body- nation.
It is of great importance, therefore, that leadership must be MINDFUL of the entire body- nation to OCCUPY that defined state with good PRESENCE of love, hope and faith. This is the only way to justify true dominion spirit and good influence over a nation.
Leadership power of blessings must occupy the Nigerian space entity. And occupy signifies a lot of things and they include: OCCUPY-
as to FILL all the spaces, as to FEEL, know, experience the state of each and every member, so as to empathise with them, especially during this Coronavirus pandemic.
Ephesians 4: 1-6
 I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,
 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
