Diocese of Lagos Methodist Church holds anniversary

The 2022 Diamond Jubilee of the Diocese of Lagos Methodist Church Nigeria holds on May 31, 2022, at Wesley Chapel, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Eleganza Bus Stop, Lagos.

With the theme: “Prepare For The Second Coming Of Jesus Christ,” the event will hold alongside a press conference by 12 noon on the same day.

Other activities lined up for the anniversary include a book launch on June 8, 2022 at 11:00 am, at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, Kofo Abayomi Street, Victoria Island Lagos; a Choral Festival on June 11, at the Wesley Chapel, Lekki/Epe Expressway at 2:00 p.m; and a youth fanfare on July 30, at the Methodist Church, Igbogila, Ipaja, Lagos at 10:00 a,m.

Meanwhile, the Golden Anniversary and Merit Award ceremony will hold at the Olorunda Methodist Church Circuit, Aguda, Surulere, Lagos, while the Anniversary Thanksgiving Service to round off all activities will hold at the Wesley Cathedral Olowogbowo, off Apongbon Street (former UTC/GBO Area of Lagos), Via Eko Bridge, Lagos.
