The God’s Kingdom Society (GKS), the Church of the Living God, begins its 2026 yearly Youth Assembly on Saturday August 22.

The yearly event expected to hold across various zones in Nigeria, Ghana, United Kingdom, Canada and the United States of America, as directed by the headquarters of the church in Salem City, Warri, Delta State, would end on August 23, 2026.

Chairman of the GKS Youth Fellowship Central Working Committee, Lagos, and the Acting Secretary, Brother Pureheart Nwosa and Nelson Eleya, in a statement, said the Lagos Zone events would feature sporting activities at the Egbe premises of the church, as well as Bible Quiz at the Apapa service today.

President of the church, Brother Felix Ekundayo Adedokun, speech on the theme: “Better Is The End Of A Thing Than The Beginning Thereof,”taken from Ecclesiastes 7:8, would be read during the Special Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, August 23, 2026 at the Apapa Service Hall.

Presentation of prizes to participating teams and individual laurels will also take place at the Thanksgiving Service.
