GSK begins celebration of christian feast of tabernacles today

God’s Kingdom Society (GKS) –The Church of the Living God – will today begin its Christian Feast of Tabernacles, at the church’s headquarters, Saint Urhobo Square, Salem City, Warri, Delta State from 5.00pm to 7.00pm each day.

The eight-day event, which will be presided over by its president, Brother Felix Ekundayo Adedokun, will end on Sunday, December 17, at the same venue.
Brother Adedokun will also deliver an address entitled: “The Issue Of Supremacy Of God Almighty Will Soon Be Permanently Decided,” while Holy Convocation will hold on Sunday.

The church, in a statement issued and signed by its Acting Publicity Secretary, Brother Ogechukwu Emmanuel Oriaku, stated that thousands of Christians from within and outside Nigeria will converge on Saint Urhobo Square, Salem City, Warri, Delta State for the yearly festival in obedience to God’s command.

The feast, which will be streamed live via the various internet platforms of the church, will also feature Christian Women Assembly for the spiritual edification of women, street processions, children assembly, music festival, blessing of little children, declaration of faith in God and His Son Jesus Christ by the Laity of the church, as well as special Thanksgiving and prayers. The GKS has been observing the yearly event since 1935.
