The Spiritual Head of Kingdom of Heaven on Earth Mission (KIHEM), King Olutanmole Agbaye, has blamed ceaseless religious tensions and killings in the nation on ignorance.

He lamented that many religious Nigerians treat one another with suspicion and contempt because they don’t realise God is one.

He spoke at the church headquarters, last week, during the yearly God’s Throne with Men Propagation festival.

The festival with the theme: “And God shall wipe away all tears” attracted members and well-wishers of the church.

Ministering at the event, Olutanmole said Nigeria will not know peace until religious prejudices and tensions are tackled.

He said: “People see themselves as religious enemies, but until we change this, we will continue to have what obtains now.”

He called on religious leaders to preach tolerance and inclusiveness, instead of portraying their beliefs.
