Peace be still: Receive peace over every stormy wind!

Mark 4: 35, 37 & 39 “And the same day, when the even was come, He saith unto them, Let us PASS OVER unto the other side; And there arose A GREAT STORM OF WIND, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full; And He arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, PEACE, BE STILL. And the wind ceased, and THERE WAS A GREAT CALM”.

Life is full of positive and negative winds. In life, we all experience both negative and positive winds. While our Heavenly Father blows His positive wind in our direction, satan manipulates nature and circumstances to unleash catastrophes and devastation. In Mark Chapter 4, JESUS told His disciples that they were “TO PASS OVER” to the other side on evangelistic Kingdom crusade. But, all of a sudden, a “great wind” began to blow against the Prophetic destination of JESUS, the Messiah. Obviously, God did not send a “great storm” of wind to stop the Kingdom assignments of His Son, JESUS CHRIST. The wind was so boisterous that the boat was filled with water, attempting to drown JESUS and His disciples. Sometimes, we ask theological questions when we face obstinate challenges and we start making confessions of sins we did not commit. We start assuming that the stormy wind of life came because we have sinned.

JESUS, the Sinless, Spotless and Perfect Son of God, was attacked with what the Bible calls a “Great Stormy Wind”. The devil hates God and His Children and would stop at nothing in attempting to stop us from our destination. Thank God the ONE who is GREATER than the devil is here and He lives inside of us. The devil goes about to steal, kill and destroy. We are absolutely unstoppable, un-killable and un-drownable. In time past, God used His positive wind, to silence the enemy. When Pharaoh said he will deal with the Israelites and turned them to his prey, God responded with His POWERFUL WIND. Exodus 15: 9-10 “The enemy said, I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil; my lust shall be satisfied upon them; I will draw my sword, my hand shall destroy them; THOU DIDST BLOW WITH THY wind, the sea covered them: THEY SANK as lead in the mighty waters.”.

Also in the wilderness when the Israelites needed protein for their sustenance, Moses was dazed how God provided abundant protein. Moses had assumed that all the animals in the forest will not be enough to sustain the Israelites for one day, but God moved by releasing one positive wind. Numbers 11:31 “And THERE WENT FORTH A WIND from the LORD, and brought quails from the sea, and let them fall by the camp, as it were a day’s journey on this side, and as it were a day’s journey on the other side, round about the camp, and as it were two cubits high upon the face of the earth”. God demonstrated His Sovereignty through His Mighty wind, by bringing nutritious provision of quails to the Israelites from the sea; not only for one day but for forty years. God’s GREATER WIND is available today to silence the stormy wind of the enemy in your life. We have seen the havoc perpetrated by various degrees of winds in the natural.

But God’s SUPER WIND will completely obliterate the activities of the demonic stormy winds in your life. Today, the forces and elements of nature WILL HELP US against the activities of the wicked one in the Mighty Name of JESUS. Revelation 12:16 “And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth”. Whatever the negative wind the enemy has caused to work against you – financially, materially, maritally, professionally etc, by the Authority and Power of the ONE who controls the universe by the Word of His Power, we speak “Peace Be Still” to every area of your life in the Name of the LORD JESUS.

In the Name of JESUS, we speak peace and tranquility into every area you are facing turmoil, distress and discomfort. We speak absolute calm and restoration at that which was lost. You will get to your destination and fulfill your assignments. Mark 5:1 “AND THEY CAME OVER UNTO THE OTHER SIDE of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes”. No one will be able to stop you, no one will be able to drown you, no one will be able to kill you. You fulfill your prophetic destiny and assignments in the MIGHTY Name of JESUS. Peace! Peace!! PRAYER: Peace, Peace in JESUS Name. I arise today in the Name of JESUS, to speak Peace to every area of my life. In the Name of JESUS, I rebuke every stormy demonic wind and I command Peace Be Still on the Authority of the Word of God. Peace and Tranquility in every area of my life in JESUS Mighty Name.
