RCCG Lagos Province 23 donates traffic light to Gbagada community

In continuation of its corporate social responsibility initiatives, The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Lagos Province 23 with its headquarters at Layori Soetan Street has donated a full set of traffic signal light to Gbagada Community.

In continuation of its corporate social responsibility initiatives, The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Lagos Province 23 with its headquarters at Layori Soetan Street has donated a full set of traffic signal light to Gbagada Community.

Special Assistant to the General Overseer on Missions, Pastor Brown Oyitso, who commissioned the project, recently, said it would compliment efforts by the State Government to enhance security and ease commuting.

He commended efforts of the Province for embarking on a capital-intensive project of this nature at a time like this and prayed that God should bless the Province the more.

Pastor-in-charge of the Province, Pastor Sola Agunbiade, who gave an insight into the project, explained that it was as a result of the mandate given by the General Overseer of the mission, Pastor E.A. Adeboye that the church should impact her community.

While introducing the project, the Assistant Pastor-in-charge of Province (APICP CSR), Pastor Ade Omokorede, said the idea was conceived few months ago and that the church had to secure approval from the Ministry of Transportation.

Those in attendance include some Senior Pastors in the province such as the retired National Elder, Pastor Oshiyemi; the APICP Admin, Pastor Dele Oluwatuyi; Church Growth Officer, Pastor Omorogbe; pastors-in-charge of zones/areas and members of Lagos Province 23 CSR Board.
