UNICAL disowns fake distance learning centre in Port Harcourt

The Management of the University of Calabar has disowned an illegal Distance Learning Centre operating in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and fraudulently using the name and logo of the institution to deceive unsuspecting members of the public.
