Centre decries hate-speeches in Bayelsa guber poll campaign

The Centre for Information Technology and Development (CITAD) has decried the prevalence hate-speeches in Bayelsa gubernatorial campaigns, especially on social media, saying the ugly trend may undermine the peaceful conduct of the election.
