Flight delays, cancellations: Bi-Courtney proposes creation of 'decision-making' platform

Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited (BASL), operators of the Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal Two (MMA2), Lagos has unveiled plans to establish an airport collaboration and decision-making platform to curb the high rate of flight delays and cancellations among the domestic airlines.
