Kidnappers of Delta State speaker get 104-year jail term
Eight persons have been sentenced to a total of 104 years in jail by a Kwale High Court in Delta State for the kidnap of the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Mr Monday Igbuya on May 21, 2009, at Sapele.
