Governors Obaseki and Okowa’s Ouagadougou
Ouagadougou is the capital of Burkina Faso once upon a time called the Republic of Upper Volta. It used to be a colony of France (from 1896 to 1960), and up to now France still has more than a kind of huge political, economic, and cultural control over this tiny French West African country.
