HEDA commences contempt action against firm’s boss

A non-governmental Organisation, the Incorporated Trustees of HEDA Resource Centre (HEDA) has commenced contempt proceedings against the Managing Director of ATC Nigeria, Errol Ambler-Smith over alleged disobedience to court order.
