Fifty-six countries and nine states have indicated interest to participate in the one weeklong commemoration of FESTAC”77@40 beginning on Nov.6 in Lagos.

Organizers of the event said in Enugu yesterday that the state that the state was selected based on her status as “one of the safest states” in the country and offers conducive environment for residents and visitors.
