Bayern Munich striker, Robert Lewandowski, beat Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi to be named FIFA Best Men’s Player for 2020, while England’s Lucy Bronze took the women’s award.

Robert Lewandowski is a shoo-in to win FIFA’s best player of the year award for 2020, especially after he was arguably robbed of the chance to win the Ballon d’Or due to the award being entirely scrapped this year because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Actor Idris Elba who fans are voting to be the next James Bond has gotten the job to host the 2018 FIFA Best Awards. The award show will be co-hosted by French Television presenter Anne-Laure Bonnet.
