Kaduna Governor gives financial lifeline to former prison inmates
The Kaduna Medium Security Custodial Centre has said that Governor Uba Sani's financial assistance to some inmates he granted clemency on June 12, in commemoration of Democracy Day, will encourage them to be law abiding citizens.
