Buhari approves appointment of nine permanent secretaries

Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday approved the appointment of nine permanent secretaries. Mrs Folasade Yemi-Esan, acting Head of Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF), made this known in a statement by Mrs Olawunmi Ogunmosunle
