Renewed efforts to enforce the law on errant commercial bus drivers have forced motorists to push back in protest against extortion.
The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has restricted movement around the Ikotun and Igando areas of Lagos State, following a spillage of petrol from a ruptured pipeline in the area.
