Proffesor Jibrin Diso, a visually-impaired lecturer at the Bayero University, Kano (BUK), has won, in a raffle draw, an IVM lkenga 2020 model car, which lnnoson Vehicle Manufacturing (IVM) Company donated to the Federal Government.
