Kwankwaso slams FG for handing Kano palliatives to APC stalwarts 

Former Kano State Governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso, has accused the Federal Government of undermining constitutional democracy by excluding the state from the recent distribution of rice palliatives to 36 states of the federation.
