NEDC pledges to reduce illiteracy, poverty in Bauchi 

The Chairman of the North East Development Commission (NEDC), Maj. Gen. Paul Tarfa (retd), has declared the readiness of the Commission to reduce the rate of illiteracy and poverty in Bauchi State.
