No ransom paid for release of Benue kidnapped commissioner – Governor Alia

Gov. Hyacinth Alia of Benue said no ransom or any monetary exchanges were involved in securing the release of his Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, Mr Mathew Abo.
