Delta lauds U.S.-based Ubulu-Uku body for hospital upgrade, scholarship award

The Delta State government has commended indigenes of Ubulu Uku of Aniocha South council area in the diaspora for their support to the government’s developmental efforts in making life more meaningful to the people of the area.
