Speaker, Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Aniekan Bassey yesterday charged the Ibikpe, Ikpa and Ikot Oku communities in Uruan Council Area to be united and cooperate to facilitate establishment of the proposed 50,000bpd Modular Refinery in the area.
