Court quashes criminal summons against Edo gov-elect
Justice Charles Agbaza, of an Abuja High Court, on Friday, quashed a criminal summons issued on Sept. 12 by a magistrates’ court against Sen. Monday Okpebholo over alleged certificate forgery. Justice Agbaza, in a judgment, also voided the entire proceedings
