Senate Grills Finance Minister Over Safe Schools Funds

The Senate Ad-hoc Committee on the Safe Schools Initiative on Friday intensified its investigation into the management of billions of naira earmarked for the protection of schools, as the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr. Taiwo Oyedele, appeared before lawmakers to account for the administration of funds allocated to the programme.
