NSE chairman commends stakeholders on Apapa gridlock

The Apapa Branch Chairman of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE), Mr Taiwo Olalekan, on Sunday commended the efforts of some stakeholders to end the traffic gridlock in Apapa.
