Germany's Nobel laureate Gunter Grass, possibly the country's most famous writer, died on Monday at the age of 87, his publisher said. Grass, whose works include The Tin Drum and Cat And Mouse, died in a hospital in the northern city of Luebeck, the Steidl publishing house said on Twitter.
