Monarch fetes hearing-impaired children, tasks govt on special schools

As part of activities to put smiles on the faces of special persons, Oba Olukunmi Olusegun Akingbola of Oregun land, Lagos, has organised a get-together for children with hearing impairment, parents, and caregivers.
