The Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project (HYPREP) Co-ordinator for Ogoni Clean-up, Dr. Marvin Dekil, has said that the Federal Government would soon deploy troops to Ogoniland to curtail illegal activities of artisanal refiners and pipeline vandals whose actions are inimical to the environment.
