Simplify PVC collection for voters, Osun APC chieftain urges INEC

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun, Honourable Olatunbosun Oyintiloye, on Sunday implored the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to simplify process for the collection of Permanent Voter's Card (PVCs) ahead of the governorship election in the state.
