Beyond SARS/SWAT: Application of international norms in domestic policing 

The recent formation of SWAT by the Inspector General of Police (IGP) appears to be a veritable response of the intense #EndSARS protests, but it is bereft of the requisite guarantees and restrictions required of the 21st century institutional policing.
