Rivers police arrest officers seen assaulting man in viral video
The police have arrested officers who were seen assaulting an unidentified man in a viral video in Rivers State. The spokesperson of the Rivers state police command, Grace Iringe-Koko, disclosed this in a statement in Port Harcourt on Tuesday.
