Ugwuanyi swears in Acting Chief Judge

Enugu State Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi yesterday swore in Justice Priscilla Ngozi Emehelu as the acting Chief Judge (CJ) of the state following the retirement of the former occupant, Justice Innocent Umezulike.
