Abia First Lady Commissions 35 homes for Widows across 17 LGAs

The wife of the Abia State Governor, Priscilla Otti, has commissioned and handed over 35 “dignity homes” to indigent widows across the 17 local government areas of the state, in a move aimed at improving welfare support for vulnerable residents.
