Railway vandalism: NSCDC arrests 13, impounds railings, sleepers worth N800m

Thirteen suspected railway vandals have been arrested by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, (NSCDC), with large quantities of long rails and sleepers worth N800 million Naira.
