Bi-Courtney considers slot system for airlines

Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited (BASL), the operator of Murtala Muhammed Airport Two (MMA2), Lagos, has unveiled a plan to introduce a structured slot allocation system to balance demand and capacity across the airport terminal.
