Don’t enforce N60b fine on facebook, court orders ARCON

Justice Yellim Bogoro of the Federal High Court, Lagos, has granted an interim order restraining the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON) from demanding N60 billion from Facebook Nigeria over alleged violation.
