Cleric berates government over youth empowerment schemes

The Bishop of Catholic Diocese of Ondo, Bishop Jude Arogundade, has described the policies of government at alleviating poverty and empowering the youths as a means of reducing unemployment as misplaced priorities. Arogundade, who said this recently during the First
