Talstack unveils Time Off module for managing employee leave

Talstack has launched Time Off, a leave management module designed to streamline employee requests, approvals, leave balances, workforce visibility and HR compliance.

Talstack is broadening its people management platform with the introduction of Time Off, a leave management module designed to help organisations manage leave requests, improve workforce visibility, streamline approvals and support compliance.

The release is part of Talstack’s development of a broader AI-enabled Human Resources Management System (HRMS) covering the full employee management spectrum, from recruiting and onboarding through to exit.

Talstack already connects Performance Management with Learning through its platform. Businesses can set and track goals, align organisational priorities, conduct 360-degree reviews and appraisals, document ongoing feedback between colleagues, and deploy training programmes using either a pre-built content catalogue or their own materials.

Time Off will become part of Talstack’s planned HRMS solution and aims to replace the spreadsheets, emails, forms and messages that organisations often use to request, approve and track employee time off such as vacation, sick leave and parental leave.

According to the company, employees will be able to submit and track requests and check their available leave balances. Managers will be able to review requests and maintain adequate team coverage with clearer visibility, while administrators will be able to configure policies in line with their organisation’s needs and requirements.

Every request, approval and balance update will be logged in one location, helping organisations maintain more consistent records while supporting reporting, internal reviews, audits and compliance.

“With each new product we build at Talstack, we spend countless hours with users to deeply understand where existing platforms fall short. Whether you track leave requests manually, use spreadsheets or HR software, Talstack’s Time Off module will likely surpass your expectations for its simplicity and ease of use,” said Seni Sulyman, Co-Founder and CEO of Talstack.

Time Off will be available from 27 August 2026.
