one thing i find interesting is how B2C companies, ie ecommerce stores, will post organic or user-generated content on their Instagram, but stock photos on their product pages.

yet, it’s the actual social proof — customers wearing/using your products — that compels folks to buy.

because of that, we’ve seen an upward trend of B2C entrepreneurs using our platform (aptly named “fomo”) to showcase social media posts, namely Instagram photos from customers, on their online stores.

this adds context to the browsing experience, by exhibiting how the products are being used in the real world, by actual customers.
